SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are in business days and do not include weekends and holidays.
All orders are processed within 24 - 48HRS (excluding weekends and holidays). Please be aware that orders may experience longer than normal processing and delivery times during holidays.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email upon completing your order. Once processed, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking information.
All orders placed on www.oshinlove.com are shipped from New Jersey.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping. Costs may vary depending on where the products are being sent to except for Canada, in which case we offer a flat rate of 10 USD. You may also want to check if your country has any specific duties on imports. Sadly, shipping costs are beyond our control. International orders usually take 3-4 weeks to be delivered, depending on your location and customs process of each particular country. In some cases, it can take up to 6 weeks. Once the package arrives in your country, its delivery depends on local shipping, and unfortunately, there’s no tracking information for a few days.
RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to issue a full refund of the purchase (minus shipping, handling or other service fees) upon receipt of the products within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns or refunds will not be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date. All products must be unused or be less than 1/3 used. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on overly used products. Customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest return via trackable common carrier.
To return items, please follow these steps:
- Log into our Customer Return Portal with your email address and order number and follow the online instructions to file your claim.
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely to prevent damage during shipment. Ship your package via UPS, FedEx, or USPS to the following address:

- If you have trouble submitting your claim through our Customer Portal, please email hello@oshinlove.com with your order number, the items to be returned, and a brief explanation of the reason for your return, and we’ll be happy to help.
Your return will be processed promptly upon claims submission, and we will send you a confirmation via email. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Oshin Love is not responsible for Lost or Stolen packages that have not been protected by LABL.
If you have purchased an Oshin Love product from a salon, spa, boutique, beauty supply store, Amazon.com or other participating retailer, please return it to the location where it was originally purchased, subject to the store's own return/exchange policy.
